We had an excellent stay at the hotel, with the morning staff being the best aspect. They were incredible and very accommodating. The food was also amazing, with a diverse menu for dinner and a delicious breakfast with international cuisines. The hotel facilities were great, and the rooms were clean and had a good layout.

I had a bad experience during my Xmas stay. the bathroom lights were controlled by motion sensors that turned off every 20 minutes and were impossible to turn off manually.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel matched our luxurious needs perfectly. the indoor swimming pool, steam room and garden area were all top-notch. We particularly enjoyed sun loungers on the poolside.

The hotel is somewhat remote from major city attractions, but it is perfect if you plan on visiting Yanqing and the surrounding areas. the one minor issue we faced was the motion sensor lights in the bathroom and hallway, which could not be turned off.

It was very annoying to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep until the lights were off again. This was a poorly designed feature that really affected our stay.

Assistance with taxis to Great Wall of China and Forbidden City. Great size and layout of rooms. Wonderful food.
